授牌仪式在中粮·置地广场的年度客户答谢大会上举行，BRE Global的CEO Niall Trafford在现场为中粮·置地广场授予奖牌。Niall 认为，随着中国经济和城市化的发展，越来越多的开发商、业主和运营者认识到了建筑可持续发展能为建筑环境、物业价值和企业品牌带来的好处。
中粮·置地广场除了BREEAM的“四星“认证以外，还斩获了国内外多项的绿色建筑体系认证，并获得RICS Awards 2018年度可持续发展成就冠军等多项荣誉。“我们致力于为入驻客户打造绿色智能、健康呼吸的办公空间，也将牢记作为央企的责任与使命，将节能环保落到实处，积极推广节能技术及绿色建筑设计理念，分享技术实践的宝贵经验，引领中国绿色建筑迈向更高的绿建领域。”中粮·置地广场副总经理马佳音在致辞中说道。
COFCO Landmark has been awarded BREEAM Excellent
COFCO Landmark has been awarded BREEAM Excellent in both design stage and construction stage, it is the first office project in China who won both awards in Excellent.
The awarding ceremony was held on 15th Jan 2019, along with COFCO Landmark’s annual customer appreciation conference. Niall Trafford, CEO of BRE Global awarded the certification to Catherine Ma, Deputy General Manager of COFCO Landmark.
Niall highlighted that China is at a crucial stage to advance sustainable development. “With the achievement of this project being BREEAM Certified with an Excellent rating, I firmly believe that we are witnessing another great milestone for COFCO’s determination of building sustainably. We would also like to see more firms see this award as one of their corporate visions in sustainability.” He added.
COFCO Landmark has also been certificated by domestic and other international green building schemes. It has also been awarded as the “sustainable achievement of the year” in RICS Awards 2018.
“We are dedicating ourselves to build a green, healthy and smart space for our tenants. We see sustainability as one of our mission and vison, we will also share our experiences and green building concept to others.” Catherine Ma, Deputy General Manager of COFCO Landmark said in the awarding ceremony.
The project team of COFCO Landmark has worked closely with the design team in SOM and ARUP at a very early stage integrating BREEEAM and maximising sustainability outcomes through the key decision-making stages in design and construction of the building. The project has used a lot of innovative methods such as breathable build curtain and water circulation technologies to make a sustainable build environment.
